Subordinate Position Title: Corporate Engagement Mgr inclusive of Major Donor, Online Fundraising Executive, Individual Fundraising Manager, Communication Manager

Background and Purposes:
WWF Thailand is a country member of Greater Mekong Region (Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar). Following a strong track record of conservation delivery over the last 20 years, WWF Greater Mekong has embarked on new strategic plan FY 16-FY20. The new strategic plan outlines changes in the way WWF GM and WWF Thailand operate, both in conservation and operation aspects. WWF Thailand has a long term goal in reaching financial sustainability, the Marketing and Fundraising Director establishes and implement medium to long term marketing and fundraising strategies, to raise income from corporations, major donors, individual donors. The director builds WWF Thailand brand across these target segments to increase support and advocacy for WWF work in Thailand.
Major Role Responsibilities
Provide leadership and overall direction and coordination for deliver cost-effective fundraising strategies in line with GMP and INT framework. The goal is to raise revenue to cover core costs, build reserves and support conservation work. Ensure regular monitoring of activities according to the plan of fundraising and communication.
Initiate marketing strategic plan, strengthen brand development and monitor the implementation of communication and marketing campaigns, projects, events and advocacy initiatives. Ensure the efficiency support and alignment between conservation and fundraising communication, as well of maintain WWF brand awareness and follow brand guideline.
Contribute to planning of conservation and fundraising projects, ensuring integration with marketing, corporate partnerships, communication and individual fundraising. Provide information and bridge any gab among those expectations of named donors and conservation teams to enhance our competitiveness in new fundraising opportunities and maintain current donors expectation.
Represent WWF Thailand in strengthening strategic relationship with corporate sectors, major donors plus all external partners and maintain high level of donors satisfaction, as well build professional relationship with GMP, and relevant WWF networks to sustain fundraising operation.
Communicate and advocate the Marketing and Fundraising strategies and plan with all internal staffs, organize regular meetings with conservation and relevant staff to share and update the progress to ensure support needed is in place. As well, provide input and feedback to operation management processes in order to build their understanding of common goals to create sense of ownership
Effectively participate in Country Management Team of WWF Thailand for strategic direction and effective operation of the organization to ensure the integration of marketing& fundraising , conservation and operation leading to strategic decision making of WWF Thailand
Bachelor's degree in communications, media, marketing, or in relevant fields.
Minimum 7 years working experience in Fundraising or Sales or Marketing with proven record of achievement
5 years of experience in directly contributing to and defining a marketing strategy, covering brand awareness and communications or sale team management at least as middle management level of the organizations
Experience working in or with the corporate sector, preferably related to CSR, environment and/or marketing is preferred
Skills in people management and coordination, team development and professional advice and support. Experience with coaching and mentoring team as good leader.
Exceptional communicator, client service and excellent presentation skills
Excellent networker, with good interpersonal skills.
Proven skills to organize, handle many details, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in order to achieve result
Creativity and forward thinking
Fluent in English
